After leaving Kansas at 7am, we arrived in Austin at about 4:45. It was a very smooth trip. Except for the freezing rain which caused several accidents, right before our eyes. And the blow out diaper from Micah. And the stupid people at McDonald's in Gainsville who were rude AND screwed up our order. And when Micah got lost in the Playland tubes at McDonalds. And when Elizabeth didn't sleep. And when I realized that just because we were in Austin didn't mean we were done traveling, we still had to get home (two more hours!). But other than that, it was a good trip, and it's very good to be home!
And if you're wondering about the title of this post, this happens to be the 300th post on Party of Five! What a way to ring in the new year!
