The song went, "It's Mommy's favorite time of the day, it's nap time, it's nap time!" My mom used to sing it to me when it was time for my sisters and I to take a nap, or to have "quiet time", which, now that I have a child like me, I understand the need for quiet time! And now, it is Mommy's favorite time of the day in my home.
Unfortunately, my mom never told me that this was the tiny time period when I need to accomplish all of my tasks for the day. I still haven't managed to accomplish everything on my to do list. So, Mommy's favorite time of the day is quickly becoming Mommy's busiest time of the day.
Sigh, if only I liked soap operas and bonbons! Off I go to accomplish great things!
